A native of Americus, Georgia, Ron has been in real estate since 1974. He has been in commercial real estate since 1977 for the sale and development of properties and property management. Such properties included the following clients: NCNB Bank and C&S National Bank (presently Bank of America), Eastwyck Housing Cooperative, Fulton County Property Tax Arbitrator, General Motors (Argonaut Realty Division), Southwest Hospital & Medical Center, Southwest Doctors Group, LLC, Norwest Saving Bank, Church’s and Popeyes Fried Chicken, Terry Manufacturing and Uniforms, U. S. Housing and Urban Development, Texaco and Gulf Oil Companies, The Villa at Stonecrest Condominiums, Rainbow Academy of Learning LLC, and Global Child Care Enterprises Group LLC.

He is also the former Principal Broker and President of Treasure Properties, Inc. (real estate and insurance firm with offices throughout Georgia).

Ron holds a B.S. Degree from Morris Brown College in Accounting/Business Administration (1974). He has received additional education from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (Broker), and Atlanta Technical College (Insurance Brokerage).

Ron has conducted training classes, seminars, conferences and prepared multi-million-dollar presentations to obtain commercial real estate financing pertaining to the real estate and insurance industry.

Awards: Georgia Secretary of State (Outstanding Citizen -1982), Atlanta Jaycees Award (Outstanding Young Man in America), Butler Street YMCA (Century Club), Atlanta/Americus Awareness “Eyes on the Prize” Entrepreneur Award (2015), and Atlanta City Council Proclamation (2015).

Ron is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Board of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors. He has served on various Board of Directors and is a member of numerous civic organizations.
