Providing Public Facility Project Management from Concept through Construction

We Collaborate On:

• Concepts with your design team
• Structured financing
• Managing the construction process
• Final delivery

At 4PM, we address public facilities construction plans as “development projects”. Meaning, public funds investment in community’s facilities, should be guided by the management of financial, legal, design and community objectives.

We Are The Right Project Manager For You.

We have the ability to:

• Manage the overall strategy and tactics of all professional teams
• Involve finance, design & construction
• Deliver the best facility possible
• Meet the budget the community can afford

4PM is dedicated to the belief that successful projects are the result of team efforts.

We Use a 4-Step Approach

  1. We first assemble a team of independent professionals whose individual contributions provide the greatest probability of success to bring your project to reality.
  2. We develop a concept for the project that meets the community’s needs, while staying within the community’s budget.
  3. In partnership with your design team, we utilize a competitive procurement process that allows us to identify a qualified contractor who has competitively priced the construction.
  4. Finally, a team of community representatives, design professionals, construction professionals and our project management professionals move the project forward to identify and implement the best design and construction practices to determine the final product.

City of Powder Springs, GA

The City of Powder Springs recently decided to renovate their existing municipal court facility and expand the building to create a new municipal complex.  After selecting the design/build team of Spratlin & Son Construction and Croft & Associates PC, the City engaged the services of Public-Private Partnership Project Management, Inc. (4PM) to serve as their owner’s representative to oversee and manage the design/build process on behalf of the City.  When completed the project will consist of approximately 7,700 square feet of renovated space and nearly 20,000 square feet of new construction.
